Rebuilding Minds

Advancing Global Well-being

Our Commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

At Rebuilding Minds, we believe that mental health is fundamental to sustainable development. Every individual deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based mental healthcare, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Through our clinical services, educational programmes, workplace wellbeing initiatives, research, community outreach, and digital innovation, we are committed to contributing towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our work is guided by a vision of creating healthier, more inclusive, and resilient communities where mental wellbeing is recognised as an essential part of overall health and human development.

Our SDG Focus Areas

SDG 3 - Good Health and Well-being

SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being

Relevant Targets:

  • Target 3.4 – Promote mental health and well-being through prevention and treatment.
  • Target 3.8 – Achieve universal health coverage, including access to quality essential healthcare services.

Mental health lies at the heart of everything we do. Rebuilding Minds provides professional counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatric consultations, psychological assessments, crisis intervention, and holistic wellbeing services designed to improve emotional resilience and overall quality of life.

Through early intervention, awareness initiatives, and evidence-based clinical care, we strive to reduce stigma surrounding mental health while making psychological support more accessible for individuals, families, educational institutions, and workplaces.

As part of our commitment to improving access to mental healthcare, Manasya, our upcoming digital mental health platform, is being developed to extend evidence-based wellbeing resources and professional support beyond traditional clinical settings.

SDG 4 - Quality Education

SDG 4 – Quality Education

Relevant Target:

  • Target 4.7 – Ensure all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development, including health, wellbeing, and global citizenship.

Mental wellbeing is an essential foundation for learning. Over the past five years, Rebuilding Minds has partnered with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions to deliver workshops, awareness campaigns, panel discussions, and life skills programmes that empower students, educators, and parents with practical mental health knowledge.

Our educational initiatives encourage emotional resilience, early intervention, and help-seeking behaviour while promoting healthier learning environments across academic communities.

SDG 5 - Gender Equality

SDG 5 – Gender Equality

Relevant Targets:

  • Target 5.1 – End all forms of discrimination against women and girls.
  • Target 5.c – Adopt and strengthen policies for gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls.

We are committed to creating safe, inclusive, and equitable environments where every individual can access quality mental healthcare without discrimination.

Our programmes acknowledge the diverse mental health experiences of women and people of all genders by providing supportive therapeutic services, awareness initiatives, and workplace wellbeing programmes that foster psychological safety, inclusion, and equal access to care.

SDG 10 - Reduced Inequalities

SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities

Relevant Targets:

  • Target 10.2 – Empower and promote the social, economic, and political inclusion of all.
  • Target 10.3 – Ensure equal opportunity and reduce inequalities of outcome.

Access to quality mental healthcare should never be determined by socioeconomic status or circumstance. Rebuilding Minds works to reduce barriers to mental health support through affordable clinical services, community outreach programmes, institutional partnerships, and innovative digital solutions.

As Manasya evolves, our vision is to further expand access to evidence-based mental health resources, making support more accessible across diverse communities.

  • Target 17.16 – Enhance partnerships to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Meaningful social impact is built through collaboration. Rebuilding Minds actively works alongside educational institutions, healthcare professionals, corporate organisations, community groups, and strategic partners to strengthen mental health awareness, improve access to psychological support, and develop sustainable wellbeing initiatives.

By fostering cross-sector partnerships, we aim to create lasting impact and advance mental wellbeing at both local and national levels.
