Impact of social media on Body- image issues in the times of Covid-19

The reason being people have started posting to social media more, as an outlet for pent-up creativity and an anodyne to the lethargy, loneliness, and boredom of isolation.   • Seeing oneself as a whole person,not the parts of it.

There are many ways in which our negative self-image can be oriented towards a positive self-image, along with our own growth with thoughts and building themes of how best things work for our body shape and image can be developed efficiently with the support groups present around us in the form of family,friends and co-workers.
