She has conducted training of 500+ students across the country, undertaken numerous cooperate projects and has collaborated with several NGOs. She has worked extensively in a neuropsychiatric centre and has a streamline approach to serve clients with an aim to spread mental health awareness and remove the stigma attached to it.

Dr Isha Kochar

A compassionate and skilled psychiatrist, with dual MD and DNB degree (PGI) in Psychiatry, Dr. Isha is proficient in providing evidence-based therapies to individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds. With a strong foundation in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of mental health disorders, her clinical experience spans areas including general adult psychiatry, women’s mental health, child and adolescent psychiatry, psychosomatic medicine, substance use disorders, psychotherapy and behavioural disorders. Dr. Anubha Dubey is a RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist at Rebuilding Minds Delhi. She has a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, Master’s in Applied Clinical Health Psychology from Middlesex University (London) and has done MPhil in Clinical Psychology (RCI). She has participated in various international workshops at BRENT (London) and has received certifications. With a breadth of experience working in a range of psychotherapy and psychological assessments, she provides services in different types of psychotherapies: Systematic Desensitization, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, REBT, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Smoking Cessation, Cognitive Drill Therapy. She is skills trained therapist in rTMS and Pranic Healing.
Anubha Dubey’s blend of Clinical Psychology and Eastern Mindfulness techniques helps clients to recover from their Blues. With over seven years of experience in Psychotherapy and Testing, she also has a vast experience in dealing with cases of depression, anxiety, OCD, addiction, relationships counseling, adolescent counseling and many more.
